Walking distance to city centre

Guaranteed parking would be great and a new carpet in the bedroom would greatly improve the property.

It was a great location for the venue we attended. The bed was comfy & clean and the property had everything we needed for one night. It was warm enough & we (two females) felt safe enough walking to & fro at night & staying there.

It’s not the hosts fault, but there was a rat scratching at the skirting board in the bedroom during the night - we knocked on the board & it went away - we saw it outside in the morning. It didn’t worry us too much as it was only one night.

The house is roomy and close to the city center. The shower and the internet connection work properly. The owner is accommodating and responsive.

The photos of the house do not meet the reality. The house is old and not well-kept, it requires maintenance to look more attractive. The environments are not cleaned properly in particular the bedroom's carpet is ruined and smells bad. The ceiling insulation is poor, so all the neighbors' footsteps are heard during the night as well (we woke up a couple of times due to that). The pots are ruined, and the water does not boil either after 30 minutes. The garden looks like a jungle.
