Central location and the fact it was a flat rather than just a room was great. The heating was on a timer and kept the flat nuce and warm. The free WiFi was much appreciated.

Parking is not guaranteed on the street and it is simply the luck of the draw if you can secure a space. Extremely noisy neighbours in the upstairs flat who are assumed to be permanent residents. Clearly no sound insulation between floors. Some general maintenance is required i.e. damp in the bathroom needs addressing.

Location is very central.

No TV but we should’ve checked this beforehand. In a popular area so gets quite loud on Saturday night.

Good location, plenty of space. Full bathroom / kitchen / utility. Host very responsive.

Got a bit cold, no spare blankets / couldn't adjust temperature. Noisy (minimal sound proofing from upstairs / outside).

The heating went off early evening and thus it was a bit cold. Also the shower could be hotter and updated but these are 1st world problems

There was everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The garden could do with cleaning up, as it would of been nice to have gone in there, the shower pressure needs improving, and a TV would be nice for the evening.

The inside of the property was ok, clean tidy . All facilities was inside.

The outside of the property was very poor, like a derelict street. Untidy, surrounding area untidy .

It was convenient for the town centre, bus station and rail station. There was on road parking. The bed was fairly comfortable.

Mould on bathroom ceiling, musty smell, toilet seat broken, no TV. No bedside table or light and centre light too dim to read by. Hallway bulb missing. Felt rather shabby and in need of some TLC. Maybe it's a case of you get what you pay for.
