The view was spectacular and on the beach!

A lot of steep steps down to get to Villa. You have to go up steep spiral stairs to the living area from the bedrooms outside and there was no bathroom in the main living area.

We had the most amazing time at this villa. Bingin beach is just the best place. Sitting on the deck watching the waves was mesmerising…surf check right in front of you. Febri was a fantastic host and kept the property in spotless condition. Yes lots of stairs to the property but view & proximity to the surf totally worth it. Especially if you have some surfers in the family.

Living area separate from bedrooms and only accessible by outside tight spiral staircase but you got used to this over time.

Everything!! Really nice with the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner!! Even better was the cold drinking water that was provided as much as you want. Quick replies from the host and a really nice guy (Febri) who helped with everything if needed!!

- Wonderful ocean view from the second floor - Very nice rooms with towels and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap and cream) - Nice kitchen with the amenities. If something is missing, you can ask the host. We asked for a kettle and it was delivered right away. - Water bottles and a cooler with portable water is available. - Conditioners working everywhere. - The whole villa is very nice designed. We found it visually pleasing. - The pool is not big, and is unlikely for swimming. It is a nice photo spot with an ocean view and just hang in it. Besides when you have the ocean 30seconds of a walking distance it makes little sense to chill out in the pool :) at least this is how we felt, so we did not consider the size of the pool of an issue. - The host was very responsive. She is problem-solving oriented person. This is much appreciated. If you have any questions or issues, we would suggest to text her directly. It helped in our situation and tried to solve it to the extend possible. - We had luggage which was brought up to the villa by the support of the host. So no issue there. Lessons learned and what other visitors might consider as useful (we would have): - If you are staying at Bingin area, and you’d like to get to the ocean you would have to walk up and down dozens of uneven stairs anyways. So we did not consider stairs to be an issue at all. Besides it is a great exercise. However, if you have some health condition, you might want to choose another area. - Since the area along the beach is heavily packed with bars, cafes and other villas, it might get noisy even during the night. Though, we had such experience only once night during our stay. - The mobile connection and internet. This is one and only thing that made our stay challenging. According to what we’ve been told a monkey damaged a cable which caused complete destitution of the internet connection, the next day we arrived. We told the host, she tried to address it.

The view is great and exactly as shown in the photos, couldn't be much closer to the beach. Plenty of local places to eat, surf & swimming just out the front. Suggest this is a great spot for younger people as we, mid 50's would have been the oldest by far.

Not really a complaint, just mentioning this to make people aware, but the pool is quite small, more like a spa, there is no upstairs toilet but both rooms have ensuits, there is aprox 160 stairs to get back up the hill, so you need to be at a certain fitness level otherwise you would struggle. Glad we only did 3 nights as we are not the type to sit around & read all day.

The view was absolutely stunning, and the host was responsive and helpful when we needed assistance, promptly addressing our concerns where possible.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the property was not as advertised. Upon arrival, we found significant water damage and mould throughout the house, including in the bathrooms, on the curtains, walls, roof, and on the sheets, which felt damp. This made it a health hazard, and we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation. While the view is stunning, accessing the property is difficult and unsafe. The staircase down is uneven, steep, and dangerous in parts. The listing stated that staff would assist with luggage, but only one person was sent, meaning only one of us had our suitcase carried while the other had to manage on their own. The pool was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and was dirty when we arrived, though to their credit, they cleaned it promptly when asked. Additionally, there was ongoing construction next door, which was not mentioned in the listing. Given the price, this property does not offer good value in its current condition. We appreciate that we were given a full refund, but unless the mould issue and safety concerns are properly addressed, it is not suitable for guests. Hopefully, improvements are made in the future.

The view from the deck is absolutely stunning.

This villa has seen better days and the photos oversell it in my opinion. The bedrooms and living area were incredibly damp and musty, and to top it off smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Communication was also very challenging with the property managers. They are very relaxed, meaning I had to chase and ended up whatsapping three different people over the course of a week to get the check in details arranged! Things I wish I’d known: The villa is VERY overlooked with zero privacy. And surrounded by lots of ongoing construction. Workers were on the roof of the building next door from 8-6pm every day nailing roof tiles in and yelling at each other all day. It was not very relaxing at all. The pool is also TINY and not like the photos present. We could barely fit two people in it and it smelt so strongly of chemicals that you didn’t want to be in it. Everytime we turned the lights in one of the two bedrooms on it blew the fuse and on our last day there was no water at all meaning we could not even flush the toilets before leaving.
