Very dirty with roaches and fillies in the house. It's like a crack house with people openly doing drugs. Someone was sleeping in the bed that I was assigned to. Customer service refused to change the bed assignment or give me a refund. No host to change the sheets...The black owner came to smoke weed with other guests and told me call the customer service number. Very unprofessional and rude ...
