unable to complete registration process or get assistance. cannot possibly rate as there was no support given. voicemail mailbox full and no response to chat. booked over a month before and no helpful advice. Booking.com attempt to intervene but no response.

"Value for money. Don’t expect much and you’ll be happy like me."

I just needed a bed. The bed was great. That’s about it.

It wasn’t clear that check-in doesn’t have to be in person, but at this location, all the locks are keypad-style, so no key collection is needed. Registration is online and an AI chatbot when I called in told me physical presence is required for check in. I nearly changed my plans but decided against it and it turned out fine.

"Rude staff and residents. DISGUSTING hygiene of people and entire area."

Nothing.

The house has very poor parking. Kitchen is filthy and doesn’t make you feel safe to eat,store, cook food etc. House offers nothing besides a bunk bed that is assigned and you don’t feel safe the entire Time you’re there.
