LuzBay Pool Apartments

1. The location is great - close to the beach and with access to a swimming pool. 2. The apartment was relatively clean upon arrival. 3. Convenient parking space close to the building.

1. The roller shutters weren’t working, which meant we couldn’t access the terrace and the apartment was constantly dark. This also left us without a proper place to dry our clothes. 2. The fridge wasn’t functioning properly - it froze all our food, causing it to spoil. 3. The apartment lacked basic supplies. There was no even soap or dishwashing liquid (trash bags etc.) - we had to buy everything ourselves. 4. The most frustrating part was the poor communication. We reported the issues with the fridge and the shutters, but no one addressed them during our entire 9-day stay. 5. Also, we had to share the apartment with some uninvited guests - ants. 6. You have to pick up the keys in Lagos and pay a 20-40 EUR fee if not come in the 4-7 pm window (we knew about it beforehand, but it still feels a bit weird).

The apartment and complex are very nice. Great pool and restaurant. The apartment's location is very good.
