The place is rather comfortable and is located in a calm area. The instructions to check in are clear.

Music from neighbours could be heard through the walls. The cups provided in the kitchen were dirty. The curtain is also dirty. There are stains on the walls and a wide gap between the walls and floor. I saw cockroaches on 2 different days during my stay. The windows are very dirty and probably haven't been washed in a very very long time.

Pereții murdari pe lângă pat. Pereții desprinși de pe parchet și rămâne un spațiu acolo. Tot pe pereți, în partea de jos sunt galbeni în loc de albi, asa cum e varul în rest. Perdeaua este și ea galbena cu urme de lichid uscat, ceva pe ea, ca și cum a fost inundație și asa s-a uscat. În bucătărie este curat însă în fiecare dimineață, câte unul sau doi gândaci, m-au întâmpinat pe chiuvetă.

It was really easy to get into the property, the communication was really good.

We found cockroaches inside the apartment. It was not thoroughly cleaned, it was dust everywhere, walls are dirty, the curtains are dirty, it leaves an overall bad impression, in contrast with the pretty images we saw online. It was very dissapointing.

The bed is good, and the facilities of the apartment are ok, the kitchen has a lot of things, even if not in a very convenient layout. What I would add: some textile kitchen towels, because just the paper kitchen towels are not useful in all cases, and some pot standes, so to have where to leave the pots to cool off when you take them off fire. Also, I would add some usage instructions for some equipments like fridge (I guess the person before us did not know how to use it and because it turned it to maximum, the thick ice was formed, not allowing the fridge to be closed anymore), on the cooker hood (took me a while to understand how to turn it on). The wood plank using as table needs to be revarnished. I chose this place because I know it from the past what it can offer. Still, I was a bt dissapointed since the quality of place decreased some. When I arrived the fridge was totally frozen, with so thick cover of ice in the freezer that the door could not be closed anymore. The windows were extremely dirty, as well as the window sill. The cover of the couch had oily area at touch. One of the towels, freshly changed, had black spots on it. Later, I found out the toilet had a leak at the connecting pipe behind the toilet seat. Nevertheless, most of the inconveniences were solved in the next 2 days, by communication with the owner, who sent a cleaning team. It was not nice in first evening to stay to unfreeze the fridge so to be able to use it, but in the end I managed. I cleaned also the window sill, thinking the windows will be cleaned by the cleaning team. It did not happen. But at least they replaced the towels, the sofa cover and finalize the cleaning of the fridge.

What I do not like, is the general state of the apartment, a bit more carefulness would bring a plus of value. The owner excused that she knows some things have to be done, I think if they stop the rental for one day they can fix a lot of things. Including the revarnishing of the wood plank used as table.

It was as advertised, the pictures did justice to the place. Checking in is super easy. The people who manage the property were fantastic. We has a small issue and they took the time to try and fix it (on a Saturday) even though it was something that we missed.

This is not applicable for us as we didn't need to be close to the city centre, but it's not a centrally located property. If you want quiet and don't mind to travel a little bit (30 min) then it's perfect.

The location was great, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a big park, churches and markets nearby, but the public transport is also easily accessible if you plan on going to the city centre. The building was not in the best of conditions, but the apartment itself had met all the requirements. It was a pleasant stay.
