"Great location but staff communication was challenging"

Great location next to the train station and short taxi ride to main tourist attractions such as tam coc and mua cave.

Couldn't find my booking and then tried to overcharge me for the room. Also said they took card payments when in fact they didn't.

Vị trí gần ga tàu hỏa, đường rộng rãi sẽ thuận tiện

Thiết bị điều hòa có thể lâu không được vệ sinh nên không được mát lắm. Trong 3 phòng đặt thì các phòng không sử dụng được TV nhất là khi gia đình mình có nhiều trẻ con, có 1 phòng thì không có tủ lạnh mini nên cũng bất tiện. Mình có đặt khách sạn nấu ăn 2 bữa (1 bữa tối và 1 bữa trưa ) tuy nhiên chất lượng không được ngon, và không đúng như mình yêu cầu. Thực sự không hài lòng về các bữa ăn.
