Location is good.. that’s the only advantage

Frequent power failure.. the UPS hardly works .. we spent one entire day and night without power.. My kids were literally pissed off.. you have to buy food from outside .. you don’t get anything in the place .. only coffee they serve nothing else. The care takers can be more polite ..

We had a wonderful stay at The Grassland homestay! Located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Chickmagalur, it was the perfect place to relax and experience authentic Karnataka food. Mrs. Veena is incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She also offers great advice, whether it’s about local sights, cultural experiences.. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful and enriching stay in Chikmagalur!

We had a wonderful experience at the stay. It is located at the perfect location and the rooms provided were perfect for 2 people. Caretaker uncle was really friendly and his coffee was the best. Overall a pleaseant experience and would love to visit again here.

Loved the place and homestay, Very comfortable and clean. I had come on work to chikmagalur with my brother ,must say they serve homemade tasty food. We infact played cricket for sometime. Such a relaxing getaway with such a good price. It's absolutely worthy. I will definitely plan next time with my friends.

The homestay is exceptional... loved the location... rooms were clean and conformable. Food was great and sufficient..people were very humble and helpful... Thank you Ms.Veena for helping us with car rentals and planning the day out ... I felt like home... Will come back for sure...

We were group of ten...Even though it was a last minute booking... The experience was amazing.. I must say it was a home like feeling at this stay as cleanliness, rooms, comfort , ambience and hospitality and specially food made all of us feel like home... Everything were on point... Special thanks to dear host Ms.Veena... who helped us with everything we asked for... Would definitely suggest to my other friends too.... Will surely come back with my family next time..
