AULucca Heritage Retreat is a must. Pina and Daniela are two of the most warm, friendly and professional staff you will meet. You are very well looked after and they both always have a smile on their faces. The accomodation and premises are breathtakingly stunning. You feel like you are in a movie. The breakfast is delicious and could not fault along with the room and comfort. I would recommend staying in Lucca more than 2 nights. The food, sightseeing, architecture is unreal. Happy booking ✨
I could not fault the property or stay.
GBWe had their apartment. Up two flights of stairs but a nice space and super bed. Air con was a bit clunky, and kitchen only had basic equipment but a v central spot but nice and quiet. Overall a good stay.
Stairs ! Lack of kitchen equipment - like only two small cups for tea/coffee. No scissors, chopping board etc
USThe best thing about Lucca Heritage, are the people. Pina & Daniela were so helpful in finding wonderful restaurants, dry cleaner & even scooters. They made our adventure seamless. With smiles & yummy Americano coffee every morning. Such a delight. The property is set centrally, with everything within a 5 min walk. When you enter, you instantly feel at home in the immaculate foyer. The room was clean & everything we needed.
ATThe stay was amazing, the place is so pretty and really special. The breakfast was so cute and everyone was really attentive to the guests' wishes or needs. The location is very central, within the old city walls so you can just wander around and find tons of nice things right around the hotel! It's all super clean and quite comfortable too!
If I would have to say anything it's a bit more organizing with the arrival and departure to really plan when to arrive and it's a bit harder to get to the hotel because it's so central that cars need special permits to go there but with the help of our hosts it was easily managed and absolutely worth it!!!
NLWij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Het appartement was ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken en schoon. Daarnaast was de inrichting gezellig en smaakvol! De airco was ook een zeer welkome aanvulling tijdens de warme dagen. Het personeel is allemaal enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Elke dag werden wij weer vriendelijk begroet! Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Keuze was voldoende, maar alles smaakte heel goed. Voor ons was dat perfect! Wat tekort kwam werd naar wens aangevuld. Bonuspunt: Na het lopen van alle trappen hebben wij alle pasta en gelato er gelijk af kunnen trainen ;)

AMGBGBSmall hotel nicely furnished, rooms spacious with comfortable beds and seating areas. Air conditioning very efficient. Continental breakfast had plenty of choice with hot options nicely cooked. Small courtyard available to eat outside if you wished. Room cleaned daily, with fresh linen and towels replaced when requested. Hotel was very well situated close to old town centre with Piazza San Michele, cafe's and bars a stroll away. Hotel receptionists Daniela and Pina were exceptionally friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended and would stay there again

GBWe spent 2 nights here and really couldn't fault it in any way. Beautifully furnished old property throughout. Very good breakfasts and friendly staff who spoke good English! Excellent location for centre of Lucca.
