ESEl hotel es sencillamente excepcional. Cuentan con seis habitaciones y tratan a sus huéspedes de forma personalizada y con mucho mimo. La limpieza es impoluta y el personal amabilisimo. Lucca es una ciudad muy bonita y alojarse en el centro en un hotel como este, es un verdadero privilegio, un deleite para los sentidos. Estamos deseando volver.

DEAußergewöhnliche Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt Luccas. Tolle Lage, wunderbar renovierter mittelalterlicher Palast. Unglaublich zugewandtes Personal. Persönlichster Service! Besser geht es bei diesem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. So wohltuend besser als in anderen, “angesagteren” Regionen Norditaliens !
GBThe property itself was a wonderful blend of combining an historic building with modern tasteful fittings. It was very clean everywhere. Our bedroom had a large, comfortable super king bed, a great powerful shower, and fluffy white towels with cosy dressing gowns. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent buffet and the option to have some ingredients freshly prepared in addition. Daniela and Pina were exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided thoughtful extra touches to make the stay a memorable experience. The hotel was also in an excellent central location within the old walls of Lucca and easy walking to everything.
The only think I would recommend would be if a couple of extra sockets could be provided in the bedroom that could take UK adapters. With so many things that need charging these days that would be helpful, but we managed absolutely fine and it didn’t detract from the holiday…it is simply a suggestion.
