Great location and affordable price

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and visible mold in bathrooms. No hot water available to take showers. Breakfast options are limited and not very good.

They should provide milk coffee additionally.

First off all the highly recommended the hotel owner. To take direct action against hotel manger when the guest have any problems and want meet him he refused to meet guest and the charges need changes immediately it to big if you see the all the guest who visit hotel 90% guest have complained agin hotels charge regarding damages for example small blood sports 50 dollar it’s not acceptable price housekeeping services very very poor

Very dirty and unsanitary. Towels were dirty, walls, bedding, everything was very sketchy to touch or use. The shower was horrible. All cold water.

We will never stay at the Aron Hotel again. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the receptionist was particularly incompetent and lacked insight. Despite daily "cleaning," our room was always dirty. The issues didn’t stop there: only cold water was available for showers, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Mold was visibly growing on the walls around the room. To make matters worse, we were charged $20 for "dirty" towels, although the towels we received were never properly clean to begin with. The hotel was extremely noisy, with people yelling as early as 5 a.m. The rooftop pool was in terrible condition, smelling of urine and causing my skin to become red and itchy. We ended up leaving a day early due to the poor experience. This is by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in Laos. Aron Hotel should be shut down!!
