Location and staff

Swimming pool dirty ( green so I would not even try) old carpet on the floor, douche needs refurbishment. Vientiane is also not interesting.

It was ok. You get what you paid for.

The hotel had no AC. The one we got broke when we were assigned it. The bathroom was leaking water during shower. The bathroom had a bad sour smell that went through the entire room.

The staff were very good but too many problems meant I only stayed one of the two booked nights. The room I had on arrival was upgraded to a suite,this was due to the fact that hotel has a water leak and the lifts were not working. We were on the 6th floor,the suite room was available and so was given without any request from us. The staff on reception were very apologetic and did there best

There was no hot water in shower or sink. Again the staff apologized and said would try and resolve. Also the phone in room not working so any issue have to go up and down six flights of stairs,luckily im still quite fit but still a pain when it's 85 degrees lol 2 hours later still no water so moved to room next door. Hot water ..for thirty seconds. Two more trips up and down stairs. No towels arrived either as outside laundry not arrived yet. ?? 11 am. ?? Long story short. Two rooms,no water,no phone in either,no towels,although that came at 1115 No lift. Lift repaired at 1155 so we got to use it once, as we were checking out, a night early. Breakfast wasn't great either and ironically was located on the 10th floor and wasn't worth the climb tbh. The staff did their best but overall this hotel is clearly tired and in need of a good overhaul and definitely not in my return to list. Sorry. The reception did give me a refund in cash for t he second night,less the booking.com commission fee of 5 something dollars.

The building is dilapidated There's mold in some bathrooms

The pool is a really nice plus to this place!

It is not particularly clean and the staff are not particularly helpful. It was fine for 1 night.

Broken pipes in bathroom (sink emptied on my feet), no hot water in shower in the new room.

The staff Is king. Them try their best, but the facilities are falling apart

Almost everything does not Mach price and aspectations. Dirty, TV doesn't work, they will try to charge you more money than what is said, swimming pool so dirty, breakfast you don't want to eat there.. well if you have no other options you can go there
