"Exceptional"

The property was clean, tidy, cosy and well put together. Such a lovely place to stay and just get away for a little while. Stunning views of the fields when looking out of the windows and Marie was so kind and accommodating! Will definitely stay again

It is a beautiful, tastefully decorated property. The owners have put a lot of thought into presentation and comfort, and it was exactly what I needed. It was very clean and the starter food pack and extras like cosmetic pads and toiletries were very much appreciated. I also found it peaceful (there was a little noise from traffic, but I’m extremely noise intolerant, and I still found it very peaceful - I could hear the lovely sounds of lambs and birds outside). The bed is wonderfully comfortable. It’s close to a nice cafe called The Hay Barn.

"Great place to stay!"

This was a lovely property to stay for a long weekend close to Sherwood Forest! It was very comfortable, clean, modern, great location. The host was very friendly and made sure we knew how everything worked and was available if we needed any support. We will definitely come back when we are next in the area.

The only minor detail was that there isn’t a freezer drawer on the fridge, so not possible to have any ice/ice cream.

"Super clean and welcoming space"

Super clean, had absolutely everything I needed. Marie had thought of everything. Great hairdryer, toiletries were lovely and the fridge bits were really appreciated.

The road next to the annex can get a bit busy which might affect you if you’re a light sleeper. But I didn’t find it a problem. Marie even provided earplugs just in case.
