Anusha und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und fürsorgliche Gastgeber. Wir bekamen ein Dreibettzimmer, obwohl wir nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten, was sehr schön groß war. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es ist ein Föhn und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Man kann Ayurveda Massagen zu einem wirklich guten Preis in Anspruch nehmen. Der Strand ist nur einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt und der Pool ist sauber und sehr angenehm. Man kann Sri Lankan oder Continental Breakfast wählen. Anusha hat uns außerdem einen Airport transfer organisiert und wir konnten alles mit Karte bezahlen, was am letzten Tag sehr hilfreich war. :)

Als Anregung wäre ein Juice oder Wasser beim Frühstück ganz lecker. Die Klimaanlage kühlte den Raum nicht ganz so kalt, aber es war ok für uns. Am Tag der Abreise hatten wir leider nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche.

We liked everything about our stay, the owner Anusha was very nice, kind and helpful, always happy to assist whenever we needed. Anusha helped us rent a scooter, did our laundry, we had a great massage in their spa centre, and the breakfast and service were also on top. Also we were able to pay by card, the fee was very low, which came in handy! The location is just a stone away from the beach, there are a few nice cafés around and mainly, it is not super touristy, which is nice and peaceful. Overall we recommend this place to everyone!

I was in Madiha on a work trip and Bienvenido was a quiet, peaceful oasis of calm. The room was spotlessly clean, bed super comfortable and the bathroom in perfect working order too. I especially loved how everything is based around the pool - having a wonderfully home cooked Sri Lankan breakfast by the pool was delightful. The pool itself is a great feature & perfect for cooling down in these hot temperatures! I have to pay special thanks to my wonderful host Anusha and her sweet little daughter whose presence around the hotel was just so sweet and lovely. Anusha was super communicative and so polite and gave me the option of a better room which I was very grateful for. Umesh and Janaka were the two young men who were on call during the day to help me with anything and were both fantastic at breakfast. Again, they were both so kind and polite. Special thanks to Anusha's mother in law Priya who cooked up that fantastic local breakfast! The hotel itself is just around the corner from the beach and the Doctors House which is a lovely place to go for lunch, dinner and dancing! So Bienvenido is centrally located in Madiha plus there's a shop literally twenty yards to the right as you come out of Bienvenido onto the lane.

There's very little to say here at all, as everything was in really good order.

Emplacement très stratégique, pas très loin de la plage et des commerces, personnel très gentils et super agréable. Beaucoups de services proposer (restauration, spa…) Nous vous recommandons cet hébergement
