Welcome was warm, there was a few minutes wait for the room, not only for us but for others that had arrived. The hotel is built around a small splash pool, that doesn't get a great deal of sun but it is clean and has sunbeds and tables/chairs. Rooms on the 1st/2nd floors are up a steep set of stairs. Pool rooms are very close to the pool. Rooms are basic but clean, ok for a night or two. A kettle etc is provided. Breakfast was good, a choice of continental or Sri Lankan. They can book trips etc from the hotel and can arrange bike hire at a cost.

No top sheet on bed. Air con didn't work properly and the fan only worked on fast speed or non existent. No TV's in rooms so only ok for a couple of nights not long term.

Clean, good value for money, great location, cozy, a real gem. Amazing massage lady. Attentive and kind staff. Would absolutely recommend staying here in you’re in the area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel in Strandnähe. Anusha und Ihre Familie sind sehr gute und nette Gastgeber, immer um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht! Die Zimmer sind super und der saubere Pool sorgt für die nötige Abkühlung. Auch die Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke!

Todo en general...la ubicacion..la amabilidad de las personas que lo llevan .. la cama muy cómoda ...y un buen desayuno.

La ventana del baño estaba rota y tenía que poner un cojin para que no entraran los mosquitos. En el cuarto hay una ventana de un metro de largo ppr otro de ancho que no tiene absolutamente ninguna cortina o un estor..nada..asi que a las 6 de la mñn.todos arriba.

The property was beautiful, with a nice, clean pool! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and so clean. The breakfast was as amazing as the wonderful staff! Will definitely come back here
