"Inconveniences in the room and at the hotel."

Good location, close to the beachfront.

I stayed for 1 night with my family. we booked 2 rooms at this apart hotel and unfortunately, we faced following unpleasant facts there: 1. breakfast, in fact, was for additional payment. You should go to caffe near the hotel, it is not so expensive but nevertheless you should be ready to pay at least 3,50 euros for breakfast there. Despite the fact that during the booking, it declares that the breakfast is included. Caffe was very overcrowded, and we didn't have a chance to find seats. 2. The floor in the room was not so clear we found it very dusty in one room.. 3. sensor for the night illumination in the corridor of the room was randomly activating and bothering at night. In result sleepless night. 4. It was not mentioned that the facades are currently under renovation, and the balcon now is absent due to reconstructing works.
