Very modern apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

It is not near centre of the city... not many good restaurants nearby. Had no safe in the room, we had to bring our stuff to the beach.

Luxurious, newly renovated, modern apartments with a smart TV, fridge, coffee machine and welcome drinks and snacks. Traditional Italian breakfast - croissant and coffee at a local café. The location is really good - a 15-minute walk to the bus/train station and even less to the beach.

A small self-service kitchen with a microwave and essential utensils would be very useful in this apartment. For those who like to eat a full breakfast, this would be just for dessert.

It is a really nice and modern room. It looks new and the bathroom is very nice with a good shower. The location is perfect. Close to the centre and the beach.

"Cozy and quite"

everything was great, silence, big room, great bathroom with transparent shower (you can see from the room only the shower) pescara is a good place for beach and for eat good and very good

breakfast is at san francesco bar. includes a coffee or a capuccino and a croissant with some flavour (pistachio, chocolate etc). italian style, for someone who want to EAT, this is not enough.
