Conveniently situated. Access to the unit was easy. Assistance with wifi provided after a call was made

The towels in the bathroom as well as dishclothes in the kitchen were not clean. The curtain in the bathroom was frayed. The bath could be cleaner. The toilet seat was loose. The sugar bowl was not cleaned before we arrived. The place did not feel very fresh. The cupboard in the bedroom where clothes had to be stored had an empty TV box and other items stored in it..carpets could do with a good clean. The place has potential but does not warrant the price we paid whether in or out of season

The view consisted of ocean views and of the surrounding bay. There were a great many facilities around the area. The only thing that was missing was a large enough braai to cook with.

The estate is just outside of an informal settlement which meant when leaving and returning to the property late in the evening tends to feel a little unsafe. There are also a lot of people walking and playing on the roads.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was so peaceful.

I only didn't like the road to the place because children were playing football on the road and left bricks on the road.

I liked everything about the place me and my family really enjoyed it, I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The fact that we couldn't go swimming at the beach.

I like the fact that the property / apartment was top floor

The view is nice! The two bedrooms are decent value for money. The view from all the rooms is decent.

Kitchen is missing glasses. The shower does not work, but there is a bath.

The view was good. There was a nice new microwave and basic crockery and cutlery. The tv worked and the sofa and cushions were fine. The car was parked under shade cloth close to the apartment. Lock box entrance worked well. Staff did come to help us with the issue straight away. There was good gated security and security personal around. The gardens were being well maintained.

It was not really up to a satisfactory level of maintenance and cleanliness. There were 2 plastic chairs on the patio, one was smashed with only 3 legs. Blinds all broken in bedrooms. Wardrobes had maintenance products like paint tins and cleaning stuff and vacuum cleaner in them. The pillows smelt very stale and the hand towels were quite marked. The pillow cases were immediately replaced and over the time we realised that the flat was very damp and that's probably what made the linen smell. With a bit of Love and Attention the flat could be very pleasant. Finally the route Google took us to get there was thru a squatter camp which might put tourists off.
