"Exceptional"

Clean place with all the necessary cooking implements. Two double beds that were comfortable. The price was really good for what was on offer near to the city centre. Will definitely be staying again future visits to Leeds!!

Was a bit tricky finding the place.

"Good small flat as hotel alternative"

Comfortable room with good kitchen facilities given the size. Parking easy on street.

Access slightly awkward, could use some additional cutlery and glassware. Car felt necessary as walking too far to city.
