Auster House Santorini

Perfect place just 100 meters from the beach , very beautiful view of sea from the balcony .. if you are an early riser then can enjoy beautiful sunrise as well from the house 😍.. what else u need … it was super clean house with all the required facilities .. we stayed for 5 days and owner was kind enough to get it cleaned for us regularly .. George is a super host , very kind and friendly human being and extremely helpful .. I would highly recommend to stay in Auster house and would like to stay again if I plan to visit Santorini again 😀

Friendly & knowledgeable host, property set in a great area just off the busy Kamari strip with lots of great restaurants & bars. Facilities really clean, modern & suitable for a long stay. Home comforts included which made for a really lovely home away from home touch

Nothing major to note however mosquito repellent plugs in would be an easy recommendation as we noted a few at night time!

We really enjoyed staying here. Wonderful apartment on the second floor with sea view. Everything is perfectly clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts, large balcony, modern design. Very pleasant and attentive host George told us where we can spend the best time and how to get there, it was very useful. The appartment is also close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Everything! The flat is stunning from the second you enter. There is so much space for a family of 4 to live comfortably. Each room is beautifully designed and every little amenity is well thought of. The fridge is stocked with a lot of fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, cheese, jam, eggs etc. The balcony with sea views adds the extra cherry on the top! It is literally 2-4 mins walk to a gorgeous beach (Kamari beach) where you get free umbrella beds if you order food from the restaurants or 15 euros for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for the whole day! There are tons of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket within seconds from the property. We moved to Fira after a few days and really missed the facilities and convenience of this property. Just stay in this property for the whole duration and book excursion/drive.

You can’t go wrong with this property! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants. George, the apartment owner, went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, coffee, snacks, some food, fruit, and a bottle of delicious Greek wine. The apartment felt very comfortable and homy, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. We all agreed that were lucky booking Auster House for our stay in Santorini.

Our stay at Auster House was made extremely comfortable by our host, George. The apartment was extremely well appointed with a great attention to detail, varying from a welcome pack including fruit, milk, wine, eggs and all of the essentials for breakfast. The kitchen was very well furnished with all of the implements needed for a comfortable stay, if required to prepare meals, although we mainly took advantage of the lovely local restaurants for our meals. Lounge, bedrooms and bathroom were beautifully kept, immaculately cleaned and provided with plenty of linen for our stay. The location is excellently located, with a short 5 minute walk from the nice black sand and stone beach, with a multitude of excellent restaurants providing wonderful Greek meals. There is a very good supermarket within a two minute walk that supplies all needs and there are several ATMs close by. A reserved parking space was made available for our stay. We would recommend a smaller car (or ATV if you prefer) to drive the short distances to all of the island’s lovely sights. Plenty of local advice on where to go was provided by our host, upon arrival, with everything of value provided. I cannot provide a higher recommendation for the accommodation and say that we would love to stay here again if and when we return to Santorini - ten out of ten. What a wonderful apartment and location.

George is incredibly pleasant host, always ready to help. We had great experience from the first minute of arrival till the end of our stay. It was full of kind surprises and I 100% recommend to stay here. Apartment is nicely arranged, close to the sea, which you can see from your spacious balcony. Restaurants are just few minutes walk.
