Lovely annex with private entrance in very quiet area. Access to garden.

This accommodation excelled our expectations. So many lovely touches especially the vase of beautiful sweet peas. A little gem.

Cosy, self-contained annex in a lovely, quiet location. Really thoughtful touches, like croissants, cereal and milk provided. Would happily stay again.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Julia's property. We were staying just one night as we attended a party nearby. Julia greeted us very warmly and everything was fantastic. Would highly recommend as a small place to stay in order to access the local amenities.

The bed was very comfortable, garden was lovely and very friendly host. Chocolates were a bonus!!

Shower was a bit weak and temperature control was slow to react but not a big issue.

Lovely find, good facilities, great location for town and beach.

The extra bed was a very uncomfortable single roll out bed. A double sofa bed would be more practical and comfortable.

The accommodation is well furnished and well equipped. Clean, tidy and warm. Great shower. Lovely views from the kitchen.

We are exhausted from our visit. As you can see from the photos, there is a window on the front door with no covering. At 5am we were woken by the sun pouring over our faces. Also, the curtains on the front windows (where the sun rises in the morning) are thin and a poor fit. It's a shame as the accommodation is otherwise perfect for our regular visits to the area.
