"Very nice"

There was no breakfast. Room delightfully decorated and kitchen well equipped. Would be ideal for people staying a week (I only stayed a couple of nights.)

Shower -- despite being turned to hot, it then went cold.

No breakfast! TV and WiFi were good.

Smelled of damp. Was cold until after we got the heating on. No hot water, although the shower worked well. Not all of the facilities promised were available, eg no tea bags. I do not like emergency exits that require a key to unlock!

"Very comfortable stay, hosts very friendly and helpful."

Very conveniently placed for our needs. Parking outside, quiet area. Kitchen fully stocked with crockery and utensils, larder fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Did have some issues with water pressure in shower.

This place was my home from home for 2 days. Separate and yet in communication with main house I felt safe and and private. Angie was charming and so helpful and attentive. Open the stable door and delight at the view to the garden and fields beyond.

Nothing however owls were noisy neighbours 😀
