The staff were polite

The wellness activities cost extra money, the breakfast included wasn't good for what they offered was extremely limited. You had to choose what you wanted to eat the day before and choose what time you wanted to eat. This was not relaxing at all. The classes you had to book in advance and most get cancelled because not enough people sign up. You have to pay for classes in advance which is again, not relaxing. The facilities close early at 7 pm. It seems like they are cutting costs wherever possible. I didn't feel like this hotel encapsulated what 'wellness' really is and its misleading, I didn't have a relaxing time

For me it was the yoga shala and pilates reformer on site .

Not enough pool chairs and i felt that the yoga and reformer classes should be unlimited and free for hotel guests .

Die Anlage war sehr gut gepflegt und extrem sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Pilates- ond Yogaklassen war auch super!

Die Unterkunft lag ein bisschen im Wald, weshalb für den Weg in die Stadt immer ein Taxi benötigt wurde.

Es aún mejor de lo que parece en las fotos de Booking. El personal es un 10, solo decir que durante nuestra estancia de 5 días nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo, y nos llamaban por nuestro nombre desde el primer día (y eso que no es un hotel especialmente pequeño, pero cuidan mucho todos los detalles). Nos encantó poder hacer pilates reformer cada mañana en el propio hotel, alquilamos la moto con ellos y todo super fácil, el traslado al aeropuerto también e incluso el laundry. Es precioso, la habitación super cómoda y limpia, sin duda si volvemos a Uluwatu volveremos a Mantra.

Solo diría que quizás si no tienes moto es más complicado el moverte a la calle principal (a 4 mins en moto), aunque tienen un servicio de buggy que te baja y te sube a la calle principal en un horario bastante amplio.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful with a quiet and cozy environment. The yoga room is serene, allowing guests to fully relax both physically and mentally. The swimming pool is also fantastic. The staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I ran into problems with my Grab order, they kindly helped me sort everything out. The breakfast is delicious as well. I am totally satisfied with this stay and will definitely come back again in the future.

Bekvämligheten, lyxig känsla med tillgång till yoga, reformer studio, kallbad/bastu. Det som gör upplevelsen på boendet är personalen som jobbar där, alla är så proffsiga och trevliga. Sån otrolig service och fint bemötande.

Jag kan tycka att träningspassen borde ingå alt. att frukost ingår. Du betalar ganska mycket för boendet (vilket är värt det) men tycker något av det ovan borde ingå för det du betalar.
