Wonderful location with exceptional view from the terrace.

We missed it when we booked the room but the price for the room did not include breakfast, which was disappointing as the stay was not cheap.

Everything. The location, the quality of the room, the comfort. And most importantly, how friendly and hospitable Francesco and his staff were. Truly outstanding service.

Nothing. It was exceptional all round.

Very friendly host. Good view over marina (Room 103). Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Nice to have robes and slippers. Easy to reach the island part of Siracusa. Good housekeeping. Air con works well. Garage for car is just across the road.

No scissors or chopping board in the kitchenette.

The location is really perfect, right at the edge of Ortigia next to the pedestrian bridge. It takes about 12-15 minutes to get to the edge of the ortigia. The location itself was quiet at night, there was also a private parking spot next door that we paid for. The host Francesco is incredible, so responsive, very caring, and answered all our questions. We had a problem with the room and he came at 9:30 at night to help us switch rooms. He also gave us restaurant suggestions and tips on where to go to the city.

We did have a small problem with our room the was fixed very quickly. We also had a garden view, but it is not a garden just a tiny public courtyard. If I were to book again I would book a room with a balcony on the upper floors.
