The place is cute and calm. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Valetin was very kind and he would reply promptly. I would totally stay there again :)

"Beautiful home with a great host!"

The host, Valentin, was extremely welcoming, and gave me an extremely in depth and useful tour of the neighborhood. Extremely sociable guy who keeps a clean home with a sincerely beautiful interior decor. When I come back to CDMX, this will be my first option for lodging!

"Exceptional"

Condensa Zen is located in one of the best areas of CDM. The bedroom was very well decorated. The design is elegant, reminescent of Japanese culture and very modern. The owners made sure everything was perfect. They provided a coffee machine in the room, welcome snacks (delicious chocolate & mint treats) and fresh apples. There is plenty of space, a nice desk in front of the window overlooking the trees and a telescope to look at the stars at night. During daytime beside birds you could also spot some squirrels. Such a relaxing atmosphere... The whole house is very elegant. Contemporary artworks, many catalogs and books surround the living room. In the afternoon the owners, who never intruded during our stay respecting our privacy, played some great jazz records which made our stay even more memorable. Tasteful in every way. For myself and my wife, both visual artists and sound composers, this accommodation was a real surprise. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and made sure everything was perfect for the most comfortable stay. Cleanliness at the highest level, bathroom included. Overall we wish we could have stayed longer! I would totally recommend it, especially if you need a place with a cosy atmosphere that feels like a true home.
