I wish the balcony was cleaner with better chairs

Everything from its location and being the coolest unit with a balcony

The parking spot was a bit difficult to park in

The big balcony could be updated tho

Shower didn’t get hot and it was not up To date with most things

Location was good.

The apartment was a bit dirty. Trash was not thrown away from the the previous renter or the bed sheets were not cleaned and had hair everywhere from the previous owner. Luckily they had a washer and dryer that we had to was all the sheets.

Easy access to restaurants and beach

Noise level outside suited for someone on vacation not for someone who has to conduct work.

I loved the location!! The host was also sweet. The place is not up to par. Especially in that spot.

The property needs lots of TLC. I think it needs a lil modernizing . There are three doors to get in before the initial room and they all use keys. Perhaps key fobs . That was a bit of a concern . We had to figure out wich keys opens what door. Then the lobby area was very dark . The building just seems unkept .
