Apartment at heart of Condado with front view terrace

The location is very good, lots of good restaurants, bars and markets nearby, minutes' walk to Condado beach. There are couple of big hotels nearby and easy for the tour to find a location to pick us up. The owner provides plenty of beach towels. The air condition is really good, cooling down very fast. The 1.5 bathroom and the parking lot are big plus. The owner is very responsive with questions.

Have to manually open and close the parking door. It's a little noisy because the outside bars open till very late, and there is some noise from outside of the bedroom window all day and all night, not sure what's that. Only find 2 blankets for sleeping and 2 chairs for seating on the table while we have 2 adults and 1 kid.

The property was in a good location with parking and walkable stores nearby.

I didn’t like having to get out the car to open gate to parking lot and having to close it after pulling in. It was raining and hazardous at times. Also suggest adding a rug at the parking entrance. I almost fell on several occasion coming in that door due to the rain and flooring type.

The location was perfect for us, right in the heart of Condado, which meant close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, casino, the highway, and Old San Juan. Since we rented a car, the parking spot was also a huge help. The apartment was very clean, and we appreciated the washer and dryer in the apt. Despite being centrally located, it was still relatively quiet in the evenings. Although, we certainly could imagine it not being so during the peak tourist season.

We felt the communication with the host could have been better. The directions to the lock box and keys were not very clear, but we did eventually find it. We also did not have hot water, and it took several days to get a response. It finally got fixed the day before we left. Fortunately, the cool showers were fine for most of us. Again, not a huge deal, but the kitchen was small and not thoroughly equipped.

The best thing is the Terrace!! It is perfect and relaxing and has the best view to Downtown condado. The apartment on the inside is perfect has everything you need and super comfortable
