"Good use of small space"

Convenient location & good places to eat nearby. Value for money. Milk in the fridge. Helpful owner.

The beam in the sitting/sleeping area. The need to carry any food or drink up stairs in order to sit down. The folding table is a bit small and rather shaky (but good to have it).

"Location was key for me, perfect for what I wanted."

Location was perfect for visiting family also in Linton. Room very clean, comfy and warm and well furnished

Worried about low beam in room. Had to drape clothes over beam to avoid hitting head. Would have preferred toilet facilities on same floor as bedroom.
