Location perfect for us and presented in a first class state

Dodging the beam !

The host Keith was very helpful and at hand if needed. The location of the property and the property itself was exactly what we were looking for, quiet but within minutes walk to the shops, ( supermarket, pharmacist , bakery etc) the bus stop,( with excellent service to Cambridge ) a very good coffee shop ("The Linton Kitchen" where I had tea and an Earl grey toasted tea cake) ) two excellent pubs (we had excellent meals in both the "Dog and Duck" and the "Crown Inn") . We also very much appreciated being able to sit outside in the garden in a nice sunny spot , again very quiet .

The apartment was beautiful and had great original features, and close to a lovely pub and a little coffee place. The facilities were just right and a perfect place to hideout. Just right for that couple getaway.

It was a good size for one person or a couple. Cosy, clean and very comfortable.

Initially the timber running across the bedroom at chest height was irksome, until I appreciated that it added to the rustic, uniqueness of the property. Also the beam is the perfect height for the artificial candles, which added to the room’s ambiance!
