Giles Apart

The facilities were excellent and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as Nespresso coffee pods, fresh flowers, and candles. The value for money was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place. The host was very helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor issue was the shortage of blankets for a group of five and the limited availability of hot water when multiple people were showering consecutively.

A very clean, comfortable modern apartment with nice views from the lounge. Complimentary hot and cold beverages provided. Situated a few minutes walk from the tram to get into the old/new town.

No hot water to wash in the morning which included the shower because 3 of 4 had a bath or shower the previous night. Hot water is obviously limited but the apartment accommodates for 6 which would've been worse again. I dare say this would've been fine for a couple however. Unable to use the TV as the 'One 4 all' remote wasn't compatible and there was no aerial which would've allowed control from the TV controls at least. Apps can't be accessed without a working remote so TV was unusable.

The hosts had gone to a lot of trouble to make it very homely with fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge, cereal etc. A lovely touch that I have never experienced before.

Only minor issues with TV not working and lock and chain on front door. Very minor compared to the positives.

The house was cleaned and was made ready to welcome us with roses. the property is on 4th floor with lift access and have view of all major attractions. you can see arthur seat, castle and Clayton hill all from one house.

checkin checkout time should be increased

Really lovely apartment, extremely clean and great facilities. An amazing bonus of the hosts leaving bottles of water and cans of coke for us- really kind and so appreciated! Also lots of extras like washing capsules/ shampoo and conditioner/ body wash etc.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and well equipped. Bathroom very relaxing and separate en suite. Once on the apartment it was a lovely stay and apart from no TV access, had everything we needed.

Area is not great for single travellers or families. Quite run down. Apartment is on 4th floor and lift was a bit of a scare, wouldn't do it alone. No remote for TV . Getting Apartment key and number was a little stressful after day of travel.
