Very nice property. Modern look. Comfortable bedding. Loved it all. Stocked up fridge was very nice addition. Felt very welcomed.

The fact I never got to stay in the property! When I called the owner to ask why the tv wasn’t working then got nothing but abuse down the phone, (which he said he never new nothing about, but if you look from previous reviews it’s been broken for a while) threatening me to be out his property in 5 minutes or he will be down! I was with my 5 month old child, and was scared on what would have happened if I stayed there! There was live wires hanging from the tv also at the socket, radiator beside the wall, not hung! Health and safety not up to date! Obviously booking.com don’t check there properties there promoting.

Exceptional facilities. Loved the rubber ducks in the bath and fresh flowers were such a lovely surprise

We came after dark and had difficulty finding the keys. The door was stuck and we were in distress. Luckily for us neighbours passing by helped us.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it is worth trying again.

The place was cleaned thoroughly before our stay. In addition, the flat was well equipped with basic necessities needed for everyday living. Although there were no blankets, duvets were provided which kept us warm enough. Plus points for two vases of fresh roses on display and free refreshments. It was also close to Lidl and Aldi which was convenient. Transportation to and from the city center was never an issue with a bus stop and tram station nearby. Would recommend this place to friends and family!! Neighborhood was also quiet. Overall, 5 stars for our accomodarion at Giles apt 🫶🏼

Nothing. A small hint though. If the kitchen exhaust fan is on, the switch is on the roof

The location was ok, the actual apartment was the worst we have ever stayed in.

Wet towels on a dryer in the main lounge, and we didn’t get to the apartment until 10.30pm. TV did not work, wires hanging out of plug sockets are dangerous, the whole stay was dreadful and I would never stay there again even if it was free.
