Proximity to the ferry

The aircondition was not working properly. It would have helped if instruction booklet was left in english. There was no wifi

"Very nice accommodation but if you just need it to sleep you will be woken up at 5 am by the mosque."

Apartment new and very well kept, mostly clean except for quite a few small ants. Good facilities (ex. Kitchen utensils and aircon + fan). I think the standards are very high considering the location in general. Very close to kuala Besut jetty. Host nice and available. There are also 2 bikes that you can use for a small extra cost.

Unfortunately it is also very close to a mosque (opposite) that in the evening and early morning (around 5am) has speaking and singing on loud speakers, so very disturbing and wakes you up. Also there wasn’t a table to eat.

Location is super convenient for a stop over to perhentian ... can have a good rest.. the house is simple but it have everything you need for a short stay..

No extra mattress or maybe a tatami would do.. most people just want to drop by before to perhentian I guess..
