Horrible service! I wanna remind the host that your guests are more than the tools for you to make money, think of your guest as friends first. don't be selfish or at least don't be selfish in the face of your guests. for more than one year of my trip I've spent time in expensive hotels, and also enjoyed my stay in hostels costing only one or two dollars, but you, Fancy house, you forced me for the first time of the year to give a bad comment. and I hope you to think of it as a chance to improve the service, instead of making more excuses. I believe you can do better if you really put your heart on it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There's a pool table and a bar on site. You can also order food and the menu is quite big. Prices are good both for drink and food. Breakfast is included, and they give plenty of options. I booked a trip to Ha Long Bay with them, and they handled it for me. It is also possible to book all kinds of buses depending on where you are going. Overall, I would come back if I visit again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Fancy House, it' a cozy place where you can have the chance to meet many people. Tha staff is amazing and super available for any request! The staff was great. Lola was a fantastic helpful. All the staff make it great, team 👏🏼 👍🏼. Good location, easy to walk all goods.

We found the hostel right away and were able to check in around 12 because we arrived early. The breakfast menu was huge and good to start the day. The best thing was the pool billiard table, which we used often. And the different people you were meeting during the evening. It was good to sit in the lobby and drink some drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great. We had the sunworld park right on the other side of the road. We booked the Halong Boat Cruise cheaper at the hostel with direct pick up and drop off, so we would recommend asking them for trips around Halong and Cat Bah. They would even book you the bus in another city.

There was a bit of water in our private bathroom because it was dripping out if you used the sink. But it was okay if you used the slippers from the hostel. In general, the bathroom was still very clean.

This is one of my favorite hostels that I have been too! The staff (Lola and Andrew) are super super friendly and speak great English! They want you to be there for a good time and do tours that are cheaper as well:) we had a bonfire one night and the people that stay there are really cool as well. It’s only a 10min walk to the beach which is so helpful

Really chill Hostel with good food. Big thanks to Andrew (he speaks good englisch/cool dude) we did a one day loop tour with beautiful view from Mountain and a super nice ride with the motorbike. Defnetly recommended
