The room is okay, with a clean bathroom and hot water. Unfortunately, the air conditioning doesn't work, but each bed has its own fan. On the plus side, the price is very affordable

The staff are good and the food is delicious and breakfast is good

Nice staff

I was definitely catfished by the photos of this hostel. There’s mould, the room smells damp. The beds are really unsafe they’re not even screwed together let alone attached to the wall. The light on my bed didn’t work. The staff were nice but I ended up checking out of this hostel after 1 night even though I had booked a 2 night stay. I realise this hostel is cheap but that doesn’t mean it should be a health hazard.

Stuff at the reception were very nice, helped me organise Halong bay tour

It can be a little noisy with the music in a common room, but staying room was kept quiet. It's a suitable place if you want to socialise with other travellers
