"Superb"

Had a great experience! Everything went smoothly although I arrived mate at nigth. Staff is very accommodating, facilities are good and rooms are clean. I got a private room and I would definitely book again. Great hostel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was nice. Room was clean.

The room was very green. Green walls and green lights, recipe for a headache. The room was also very damp. The aircon would be turned off each day and you could smell the damp as soon as you walked through the door.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food was worth every penny. I stayed there longer and my booking dates cause I wanted to give 100% money to them. the food was wholesome and satisfying. Great experience

the food came a bit late but I understand them since it was TET time and they had short staff they did the best they could.

The room was clean, the staffs were friendly, they helped me to book Ha Long Bay boat tour. There was restaurant with good food. Fancy House is my favourite place in Ha Long and in Viet Nam
