Location was amazing. On a vehicle free street right across from the presidential palace. Nice little kitchen and laundry facilities available. Walking distance to many major sites and many pedestrian only streets. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions or issues. The owners nephew, who checked us in, was very sweet and patient as we communicated in broken Spanish.

For an apartment we wished there had been better seating. No sofa, just a few office chairs. Bed was hard but not awful. There was a great view from the windows but they were really dirty. Not a big deal but would have made the stay a little more pleasant. Most importantly though, you may be offered to be picked up at the airport by the owners brother. Don't accept. We were stuck for an hour in traffic with him being forced to hear him lecture about his religious extremists views and conspiracy theories no matter how much we tried to change the subject. He was very clear that he blames all non-Christians for being evil and was especially antisemitic. He even went as far as suggesting that the Russian invasion of Ukraine was was a holy war between the righteous Christian Russians trying to wipe out the evil Ukrainian Jews. It was awful and we would have just gotten out if we weren't afraid of how far or through what neighborhoods the walk would be. Just get an Uber and find the place yourself. It's not worth being stuck with a Peruvian Neo-Nazi.

Amazing location! good reception and has washing machine and a kitchen :)

it’s an old building and apartment

it’s very central - right next to plaza de armas. they are fast to respond on WhatsApp and willing to help with problems.

it’s not very clean. We found a lot of black hairs in the shower and also an old shaving blade holder. the bed was also not very comfortable. the apartment was also very cold during our stay.
