"The location of the hotel and the cleanliness is great. The staff at the reception were wonderful"

The reakfast was great. There was variety and the staff were helpful particularly AbdulAziz who was always at hand to help with any of our requests. AbdulAziz was always cheerful and ready to assist.

Excellent staff, service, and cleanliness.

The location, though, is just minutes away from Haram, but it may not be ideal for women as security normally close the gate 365 during prayer time for women and it us a long walk for them for entrance.

Great facilities, close to haram, supportive staff. Definitely would recommend. Variety of food for breakfast. Clean comfortable cool rooms. Had a relaxing stay thank you.

Hotel is at a comfortable distance from masjid An Nabawi. Very close to jannatul baqi. I thank the staff Atikur Rahman, Kamal and Mohiuddin for their excellent service and support throughout the stay. Hotel is clean and breakfast is awesome. Our kids loved the stay. Don't miss the market at the basement.

Reception was not very polite.
