Konumu mescidi nebeviye çok yakın. Bir sokak geçince o güzel bahçedesiniz.. (365 nolu kapı) Kadınların namaz kılma alanı 338 nolu kapıdan girişe kıyasla uzak ama eşim sorun etmedi. Tesis yeni ve eksiği yok. Çalışanlar çok güzel ilgileniyor. Otelin altında alışveriş mağazası güzel. Kahvaltı türklere has değil ama ailem ve ben için yeterli oldu.

I was impressed with hotel & everything until i gave they key back and wanted to do my last prayers before the Taxi arrives. When i asked the member of staff for prayer room down near the check out desk i was lead out to hot and stuffy hot humid car park and asked to do my prayers in ground floor car park! I remember the saying ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY YOU ARE NOTHING? I was told by staff member we are only allowed to pray in this car park. As a muslim on pilgrimage i found very degrading that you just come out of 5 star hotel to 50deg car park and this is how they trat their members of staff. I will never go to thi hotel again.

Location and hospitality

Mistake from recipient charged me for one extra night when i am leaving for checkout found the Mistake, as they got my Bank details to refund me the money.

Room service and Arif Hussain was helpful and cooperative.
