Specious and clean room, location, delicious breakfast

Bit expensive

Amazing hotel, staff, location is around 3 mines from the mosque. Food places and shopping around all over. Breakfast is amazing. Would only stay here again for Madinah again, inshallah.

The location is phenomenal and the breakfast is generally good but can be better

Once we have arrived the told us theres no 2 bed room and they made us wait 3 hours or so. At end they gave us 3 bed room.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Location is very close to Masjid e Nabwi (Gate 365) close to Roza Rasool (saw)

We stayed at this hotel approximately two years ago, when it was relatively new. At that time, we noticed an issue with water leakage in the washroom — after each shower, the floor would become wet and partially flooded. While the housekeeping staff responded quickly and efficiently to clean up, the underlying problem persisted. Unfortunately, during our recent stay, we were disappointed to find that the same issue still exists. This makes the washroom experience quite inconvenient for guests.
