The host is friendly, spacious and clean room. Free car parking. The opportunity to live in a real local Japanese style house.

The place is not at all convenient for non-driving tourist. Otherwise it will be an easy 10/10 for all type of tourist.

Sehr schönes, liebevoll und traditionell eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Perfekt für Ausflüge in die japanischen Alpen und in die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bel espace, décoration soignée, deux pièces spacieuses, une partie salon et une partie pour dormir, le tout sur des tatamis ! Une belle expérience ! Salle de bain commune, très propre, petit frigo, eau et thé à disposition. Bien accueilli par notre hôte, serviable et de bon conseil (merci pour les gyozas !)

Rien, mais il fait savoir que le logement est loin du centre de Matsumoto et une voiture est fort utile !

"Wonderful experience in a cozy ryokan."

It was very cozy and full of little nice details, it felt like arriving at a friend's house. I really liked that the owner put a lot of effort into his house. There is a lot of respect for local traditions, and you can appreciate it here.
