WOW! what a lovely family run business, clear communication from the get go! felt like I could reach out if needed when traveling around which was really lovely when I was on my own explore. I had one of the smaller Vans and it was perfect to get around in, wasn't modern or new but it did not disappoint and was lovely to drive, and spacious to sleep in!

Carl is an amazing host, helped us a lot! Quickly to answer for anything. Zuzi was an amazing RV to be in, drives amazing, lots of space! Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved it! We are a family of 3 and rented the van for 5 days. It was very clean, maintained and enough space for all of us. He even gave us beach gear to use and was very helpful and super friendly. We would recommend him and his family any time! It definitely was an adventure of a lifetime!

This was an incredible way to see O’ahu. My fiancé and I rented a van for 5 nights. The island is beautiful, and the van the Rio was very comfortable, clean and reliable

Nothing, it was fantastic

It moved.

The camper trailer was not what was advertised. It was in horrible shape and it was filthy. I told the owner the van was filthy and he responded with, “Can you be more specific?” I sent him pictures of the black grim down the back door, the silverware drawer, which clearly had never been cleaned as it was full of roach feces, soda spilt everywhere, disgusting mattress, floors dirty… I could go on and on. Took us two hours to cleaning the van so we could stay in it because he said they do not have one of the vans featured on their webpage There were several drawers broken and non-operational. The gray water was not empty from the last renter so it smelled like a porta potty. The air conditioner was ripped off the top and non-functioning. He said your in Oahu you don’t need an air conditioner. I reached out to the owner several times with pictures and he gave me nothing but excuses, “oh we were busy and the cleaning slipped through the cracks.” and ended my trip with a long text filled with excuses, and then proceeded to tell me that I was rude because I was unsatisfied with the bait and switch product he rented to me. I asked for one night free and no cleaning fee since we cleaned it. This was his response. Summary, it was operational, even though the check engine light was on and the gray water cap kept falling off. One of the text from the owner: In my experience,the businesses and customers who treat each other as friends do the best in the long run. So, as a friend I will tell you my honest opinion, since you have continued to dump your opinion on me for days, and it’s that I’m offended by your nasty and opinionated tone and assumptions. I have been nothing but nice, helpful, responsive and accommodating to your every demand, which IS the definition of good customer service. I’m not interested in long text disagreements, as those are usually reserved for teenagers.
