Super location in Ortigia. Quiet place.

The jaccuzzi was dirty and cold. The bathroom needs to be refreshed (shower: rust, broken, floor: stains).

Like: location Dislike: wifi did not work,dirty bathroom floors, bloodstains on stairs, could not access small balcony due to scaffolding (also completely blocked view, no sponge or cloth in kitchen, no soap for dishwasher, second bedroom accessed through first, so no privacy, very high first/last step up to bedrooms, no handrail, ceiling height in bedroom very low (anyone more that 180cm will need to bend down), no information provided about apartment (recycling, how hot tub works, city tax, etc), Sparse,cheap and basic furnishings and kitchen utensils

The location, the bed was comfortable and the staff were replying fast.

It didn’t look like the photos. I couldn’t open the door to the terrace, because there was construction work going on, so I couldn’t enjoy any sea view, which was not communicated in advance. The jacuzzi was dirty and leaking, the staff emptied it, but there was still some water left and it was smelly. The sofa was dirty with crumbs between the pillows and the armrests were falling apart - you couldn’t lean on them, because they would detach.

The view was amazing & the location was central with super convenient parking. The hot tub was really nice & we loved how spacious & tidy the apartment was!! Beautiful decor as well

It was on a really quiet street next to the sea, and it was clean too.

The water pressure was really low and the water was lukewarm. The apartment was not so cozy because everything was white. More pictures are needed on the walls and more plants in the apartment. (Just an advice.)

Great location in Ortigia and wonderful sea view. Very accommodating and helpful hosts. AC heating so even in January we could warm up the rooms.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Beautiful view from room and a spa to relax in. Central to main old town attractions.
