Avoca House

The house was really lovely and well laid out, the kitchen had everything you needed and the bathroom, bedrooms and living room were all well equipped and comfortable. The best thing about the property was firstly the views and secondly at just how good the noise insulation is. With the windows closed you hardly heard the cars and lorries.

Didn't expect to have to pay an extra charge to arrive an hour earlier. Not a big deal but every other property we stayed in allowed us an hour with no issues at all. This doesn't take away from the overall stay and it's just a minor thing. the garden seating area could have done with a little privacy from the road, maybe a planter with some plants in etc.

Amazing, cozy cottage with a beautiful view in a quiet place. Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped.

Road passed the house very close and upstairs was a bit warm to sleep.

Beautiful, comfortable, and well-decorated house. There are plenty of accessories and even a Tassimo coffee maker. Very comfortable beds. The busy road in front of the house is not audible because the house is well insulated. Very good rental.

Lovely view, nice kitchen, bedrooms were fine. The bathroom and shower were good.

It is on a very busy and noisy road. The living room is very without character and we did not use it. The bedrooms became so hot, even though the weather was only around 20 degrees, it was uncomfortable to sleep.
