Location spacious clean great facilities

The very creaky staircase, Especially when someone went downstairs during the night :( Some face cloths/ flannels would be great. There was a loose handle on one of the saucepans and we sent a message but we didn’t get a reply!

The code given to retrieve the keys was wrong respite receiving several messages in booking on how to retrieve the keys! We were stranded until we received correct code. Called the numbers given and left messages until we received a reply call. The guy said he will call back once he retrieved the code, however he sent sms instead. And we only knew after we called him again. It took us 1.5 hours waiting in the cold to enter the house. We weren’t impressed. Avoca house should be a bit bigger. It’s easier to see if you come from right side of the house.

The views , it was warm , modern. Well equipped.

Amazing view! All the facilities you'd need. A great base for exploring the area thank you.

We loved this house. It had everything you could possibly want - great location, very clean, large rooms, well equipped, free car parking.

We did not like the lack of instructions as to how to work the hot water system or the internal heaters.
