Relax House

Apartament bardzo blisko morza, klimatycznie urządzony, z pięknym tarasem na dachu z drugą kuchnią. Świetny kontakt z bardzo pomocnym gospodarzem.

Casa primitoare, curata, cu bucatarie bine dotata, iar terasa de sus foarte utila pentru relaxare, gratar, servirea cafelei dimineața. Multumim frumos pentru ospitalitate!

Location near the sea.

The bathroom inside the house was not functional for taking a shower as the water flows out of the shower because the shower floor is the same level as outside & there is no ledge. So there is only one shower outside the house. There is no cleaning provided for our six nights stay.

The terrace was just amazing! Big, with nice furniture and a sea view. Apartment very close to the bus stop, easy way to Bari. The host is superb supportive and kind, 24/7 available.

Very small detail - some electrical sockets were not working (one day they work and on the next they don’t - luckily it’s plenty of them in the house)

We stayed at Francesco’s house for almost a week and really everything was great. From the size of the house, to the facilities provided, and the contact was fast and flawless. He’s a warm welcoming personality and spent a lot of attention to decorating his holiday home in the smallest details to his tastes. We read the comments about the small shower in the toilet, but people should be aware this is a holiday home, within a minute walking distance from the beach. So this was not a problem to us since we are not wasting our time in a shower. The shower does what it needs to do and after just open the door and the floor will be dry in a few hours. Free coffee (Nespresso) is also included and especially the location is superb. Free parking (safe area), 10 mins drive from Bari, 50 minutes from Alberobello, Lecce was also just under an hour. And since Puglia is home to the Burrata you can also find superb “real” fresh (made same day or day before) burrata which you would not find in other provinces of Italy. Francesco also went out of his way, because I told him that my mother loved the smell of the bedsheets and the great large pillows, and he instantly offered us to buy the specific detergents and disinfection brand which he promised us to deliver the moment we would return the keys of the house with the receipts included. In fact when we met him, he even helped us finding the right pillow, and since not many Italians speak English well (in our experience) he arranged the pillows for a bargain at the big local market. If we ever come back we would definitely stay longer! Host like Francesco are very rare to say the least!

Nothing, everything was great and we felt like home!

A beautiful, comfortable house where you can find everything you need for your stay. There is a lovely view from the terrace which is on the roof. The bus stops are near the house. The owner of the house Francesco is great. He gave us a lot of advices for our stay. We arrived at 10 pm. and he had made a compliment for us - biscuits, coffee and chocolate rolls. Thank you, Francesco.

There are no supermarkets near the house but you can take bus number 12 or 12/ that goes to the nearest.

Perfect , peaceful location, owner helpful, friendly. Best possible choice for that price. Kitchen well equipped.
