HUThe location of the house was close to the sea. The roof terrace is nice. Try to help us to find good restaurant, but it was closed.
We had to wait for the keys and to get in the house, even though we have continuously communicated our time of arrival and agreed in advance.. The beds were not prepared. We had to do it on our own. The rooms are small. The bathroom is a joke: you have a shower in the toilette or outside.
PLHUThe house is not located in the city centre of course, but a very chill not crowded beach is only 2 minutes away by walk! The whole area is really quiet, and you can reach the city centre by bus. All of the rooms have AC units, and that is really important in the italian summer. The rooftop terrace is amazing, the checkin was easy and Francesco is a really nice guy. We would love to stay here again sometime!

CZFrancesco was very helpful. Great terrace with see view. Everything we needed was available there. TV set in each sleeping room. Separate kitchen on terrace. Very good parking availability, just in front of the house.
It is located in a residential area, not a typical tourist location. On the other hand, that means it is very quiet.

Shower was flooding the bathroom, there was a bad smell coming from the old pipes.
HUTwo kitchens, two terraces. Perfect place for excursions. Bus stop is very near. Good for morning walk, jogging.
