Casa Marisa

Todo perfecto. Pudimos quedarnos en la piscina hasta la hora de nuestro autobús, mucho más tarde del check out.

Excelente ubicación, ambiente super tranquilo, la gente de servicio es muy amable y dispuesta. Como son pocas habitaciones, la alberca se siente grande siempre. La ubicación no es excelente ya que no tiene muchas cosas cerca, pero caminando todo está a 10 minutos máximo y además justo eso ayuda a que el ambiente sea super silencioso y tranquilo en el hotel, para mi eso fue una ventaja.

Estuve en la habitación 2 y solo me podria quejar un poco de que la habitación tiene un cierto olor a humedad. Otros amigos se hospedaron en otras habitaciones y pude notar que solo olía así nuestra habitación, asi que quizas podrian intentar orearla un poco más entre un huesped y otro para aligerar el olor a humedad. Además en esta misma habitación el mueble de baño (la taza) parece estar mal montada o que necesita pegamento en la base, ya que se mueve cada que te sientas y cada que te levantas. Son detalles minúsculos pero que también requieren de poca atención para dejar de ser un problema. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente.

Super bonito, é limpo todos os dias, a piscina estava sempre limpa. Um dia esqueci me do meu telemóvel no terraço do apartamento e no final do dia estava exactamente no mesmo sítio. A localização é super boa, junto da rua principal que dá para a praia de Zicatela

Wir waren vier Nächte in der Casa Marisa und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer mit Küche und Terrasse bieten sehr viel Komfort und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Poolbereich mit Garten. Die Lage ist gut, schön ruhig und trotzdem nah am Geschehen. Zum Meer braucht man je nach Strandabschnitt 5-10 Minuten. Die Mitarbeitenden waren auch sehr nett. Wir können das Casa Marisa sehr empfehlen.

I love this property. It is small and intimate yet my space was grand. I loved the large patio with basically your dining room and living room outdoors. Complete with a hammock. The patio was in the shade all day, which is perfect in the heat of Puerto Escondido. The interior space is large as well. The floors, walls and ceiling are concrete keeping the space cool and there are plenty of operable windows. Two sets of doors with screens fully open up the space. The air conditioner does work well if desired. Large shower with hot water and good quality, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The king bed was super comfortable with 4 king size pillows. All of the units come with kitchens that are well equipped. The fridge is large and has a freezer and is equipped with pots pans and tableware. They provide to glass crafes to refill with bottled water that’s just in the main hallway. One on each level. The outdoor space is lush with plenty of vegetation. The pool is a decent size and about 5 feet deep to get a nice cool off. The pool is fully shaded in the later afternoon. The staff are so pleasant. They are around if you need any assistance but really let you do your own thing. They clean the room daily and there’s also someone there overnight.

I had the noisiest neighbors. They yell at you to let you know that the sun might rise! I loved them. One of the charms of La Punta is all of the chickens and roosters. If you are a light sleeper and like the windows open, you will definitely hear them.

I felt like I was in paradise! There’s nothing like waking up and having your morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The rooms were neat and very clean, the terrace was spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is perfect: very close to the beach and the area with bars and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet corner. They also helped me get a great deal to rent an ACT motorbike, which made exploring the area even easier. It was really sad to leave this place. Next time I’m in Puerto Escondido, I will definitely stay here again!
