The quiet location and the decking facing out to sea where we enjoyed eating and drinking was fantastic. Excellent breakfast provided too. The host, Guy was wonderful too. His dining recommendations were spot on. I thoroughly recommend staying there.

Great communications from Guy, felt very welcomed & certainly hope to revisit ! Parking easy. Accommodation just perfect, thoughtful breakfast addition. Comfy bed & the most sublime view from the decking.

"An absolute dream of a holiday home ❤️"

An absolute gem of a holiday home. Near the seafront and all amenities, parking is available, which is a sought after commodity in Lyme, and not too hilly! The home is perfect - the views from the garden, all amenities I needed, comfy bed and pillows and an exceptionally generous welcome hamper. Guy was lovely, so friendly and welcoming. For me, it ticked all the boxes and I will be back!
