Warm host welcome, and a welcome pack, for essentials and breakfast. No need to shop on day of arrival. The property was ideal for a couple, cosy, comfortable and warm, which was good as it was a very cold February couple of days. Sea views from the garden deck area were stunning. Private parking a very short walk away was very convenient, well priced compared to public parking. Another very short walk to Lyme hight street, a good selection of resataurants, pubs and the beach. I would definately recommend to family, friends and anyone else who showed interest.

No negative comments.

Breakfast was so thoughtful and amazing! The view was great ! At the end of the garden all you see before you is the sea!

We enjoyed everything! All was enough for us and we felt very much at home!
